Junior Digital Marketing Specialist - Setup Team (offline)

We are growing and have an open position for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist for Automotive Business in the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities:
Partner with Social Performance Managers to ensure successful setup and the go-live of new clients onto the Client's proprietary advertising products;
Review and effectively close client social, and display/video media support cases within Salesforce;
Update Facebook campaigns with data provided by the client;
Update huge piles of data in campaign manager & Facebook Business Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong written English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+ level)
Experience working with CRM systems
Data input and workload tracking experience using Google Sheets
Fast-paced and detail-oriented - you will manage a queue of important client requests with a quick turnaround time expectation
Experience using Facebook's advertising, Campaign Manager (DoubleClick), and/or Google Ads will be a plus
Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics basic skills will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Partner with SetUp and Support Performance Managers to ensure successful setup and the go-live of new clients onto the Client's proprietary advertising products.
Review and effectively close client cases within the Salesforce CRM system
Provide basic activity reporting to performance managers based on account needs and regular activity.
