Requirements:

- 2 years experience managing operations.

- Excellent communication - both written & verbal.

- Project management experience is beneficial.

- Must speak fluent English.

- Be flexible to support field operations; non-standard hours.

- Be open to travel.

- Previous training experience will be beneficial.

- Be experienced in preparing reports, presentation decks.

- Be able to digest information quickly & turn it into actions.

- Be able to manage a team, often in situations of high-stress.

- Be able to remotely manage field operations.
