Senior Project Manager (offline)

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of exp.
- Strong English
- Strong communication efficiency skills. Soft skills are must-have.
- Strong team-management skills: solving problems with teammates, team motivation
- Strong technical background. e.g. Understand the difference between OS and Browser.
- Stress resistance. Don’t run away having 5 or more chats with clients simultaneously.
- Independence. Can handle the project on his own.
- Knowledge and experience with Scrum, Kanban, PMI. (Risk management, time management, release management, scope management, be conflict solver)
- English - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.

Responsibilities:

- Efficient communication with all stakeholders in time
- Working with Jira and any other PM tools
- Negotiation with clients on features-related issues including BA comment and advice to the client
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Reporting
- Having positive leader--subordinate relations with the team
- Participation in pre-sale activity
- Be happy and energetic
