Our Kyiv, Ukraine Team is growing and we're looking for Junior digital marketing specialist to join our Helpware team.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong written English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+ level)
Experience working with CRM systems
Data input and workload tracking experience using Google Sheets
Fast-paced and detail-oriented - you will manage a queue of important client requests with a quick turnaround time expectation
Experience using Facebook's advertising, Campaign Manager (DoubleClick), and/or Google Ads will be a plus
Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics basic skills will be a plus
Responsibilities:
Partner with SetUp and Support Performance Managers to ensure successful setup and the go-live of new clients onto the Client's proprietary advertising products.
Review and effectively close client cases within Salesforce CRM system
Provide basic activity reporting to performance managers based on account needs and regular activity.
