DevOps (offline)

Required skills:
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Azure services and technologies including, APIM, Service Bus, Databases, Firewall, Identity, and Log Analytics
- 3+ years of experience in managing live environment deployment and issue resolution
- Experience with container orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- Expertise with setting up instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting
- Hands-on experience with service observability tools such as Data Dog, Dynatrace, App Dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management and infrastructure orchestration tools sets such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, PowerShell, Python, Git, Azure DevOps

Will be a plus:
- Microsoft Azure certifications
- A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
- Experience and knowledge of network technologies including TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, HTTP, DNS, routing, load balancing, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Handling advanced Azure services
- Perform a production support role, troubleshooting complex cloud, and hybrid cloud services
- Support development and evolution of cloud governance framework encompassing various disciplines: cost management, security, resource consistency, identity, and deployment acceleration.
- Design and implement monitoring and audit processes, dashboards, and alerts to ensure optimal performance, reliability, availability, and security of the company’s systems and data
- Provide expertise and recommendations to the cloud governance board
- Continuously improve the observability & reliability of our end-to-end platform, with the objective of moving away from high operational cost tasks such as break/fix, cluster migrations, new service buildouts, etc.
- Implement SRE solutions through monitoring, alerting, machine learning anomaly detection, automation, self-healing, reliability testing to reduce & scale manual tasks
- Respond to and, when appropriate, resolve or escalate cyber security incidents.
