Ad Operations Coordinator Offline
Key Areas of Responsibility:
β’ Set up campaigns and collaborate with Operations, Account, Media and Development teams,
β’ Clients and Publishers to ensure campaigns are running properly
β’ Maintain high volume campaigns and assist with any technical issues
β’ Traffic creative and campaign assets to publishers and troubleshoot technical issues, where necessary
β’ Create pixels and provide client direction for placing on the clientβs site or in Google Tag Manager
β’ Prepare reports and data in a presentable fashion for Clients, Publishers and internal staff
β’ QA reporting dashboards
β’ Update publisher specs and make campaign adjustments in our lead management platform and adserver
β’ Assist with reporting dashboard creation
β’ Address reporting and billing discrepancies
β’ Monitor our lead system for errors and address where need.
β’ Readiness to work in the office from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.
Qualifications:
β’ Proficient in English, written and verbal
β’ Proficient in all MS Office products
β’ Ability to learn and understand technical applications
β’ Basic knowledge of HTML, a plus
β’ Experience with adservers such as Google Campaign Manager, a plus
