Junior Project Manager and Scrum Master (offline)

We seek:

A self-motivated team player with a strong understanding of PM Methodologies, with first experience in Product Management who wants to make an impact by making Mobile and Web projects of our clients a reality. We will mentor you and improve your Project Management skills, so that you become a Rockstar-PM!

You have:

- Fundamental understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- At least 1 year of experience in Project/Product Management
- Knowledge of PMBoK guidelines
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong team leadership skills and proactive mindset
- Intermediate+ (with good oral/written) English

As our PM/Scrum Master, under our mentoring you will:
— Manage the Project Development cycle from collecting requirements till release — within the budget, timeframe, and resources;
— Interact with the Sales team, help to define the initial requirements of our client;
— Prepare User Stories and Use Cases with our clients, pitch them to the dev-team;
— Plan and Control the Schedule of the Project;
— Manage the internal and external communication for an effective information-exchange between the team and the stakeholders;
— Define the methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), which matches the project, support the required processes for effective management;
— Control stakeholders' expectations, prepare reports;

As a Stormotion team-member, you will:
