Job Description

The popular and modernized Enrollment CRM, Admissions Marketing, and Predictive Analytics in one platform for US universities. The product exists in the US market and widely used for over 8 years and has a great worldwide team and popularity.

Tech side:

- The main API is written PHP using Laravel.

- Our main database is MongoDB.

- Other various smaller services that are used as helpers, mostly are deployed as lambda functions. All other stuff is deployed also as infrastructure as code, but using terraform.

- Entire frontend is written in Angular.

- We also have various Data engineering projects, Analytics pipelines, ETLs moving data from one DB to another for BI purposes or exposing it to the clients.

- Apart from that we do have some machine learning models built from the ground up, so pipeline for feature engineering, training, deploying etc.

- The entire infrastructure is on AWS. We are also going for SOC2 compliance certification as well.

- We have a similar feature set as Hubspot, there are around ~12 modules that can each be considered a separate application even

- For project planning, we are utilising Basecamp’s Shape up method (6-week cycles + 2-week cooldowns ).

- Hierarchy in the company is flat, so communication is easy and leadership is accessible to help out whenever is needed.
