HR/Recruiter for solving admin questions Offline
We are looking for someone to join our team for a few hours a week to assist with some basic admin tasks. Candidate must be English speaking, however will not need to interact with customers.
We run a co-working community with offices in Denmark and Norway. The candidate would be supporting the Operations and Systems team which consists of two full time employees. The candidate would be given adhoc tasks, such as, but not limited to, booking payments, updating customer profile information, performing weekly/monthly controls on invoicing and revenue projections etc, assisting with system updates.
Any experience in Tripletex, Officernd, Economic or other HR/Accounting software would be beneficial but not essential.
