Lead Java Backend Developer (offline)

What you will do:
- Build, automate and support payments transactions flows
- Develop API for payments system integrations
- Provide technical assessment and architecture solutions for development team
- Organize cascading and monitoring systems for payments processing
- Implement of security and data protection systems
- Design and implement low-latency, high-available, and performant services’
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Technical expertise of tasks, improve and support coding standards and best practices, knowledge sharing for team members

Key requirements to join our team:
- 5+ years of development experience
- 2+ years experience of leading agile development teams
- Strong Java core experience
- Strong spring framework knowledge
- Working with DB (PostgreSQL)
- AWS experience is a plus
- Kafka knowledge is a plus
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming
- Git Flow and XP practices
- Passion for innovation and for working in a big serious company
- Good communication skills
