Automation (JavaScript) QA Lead (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead an AQA as a discipline;
- Have a technology and product expertise in all managed services projects of the company;
- Implement programs that help implement AQA standards and approaches;
- Collaborating closely with QA, Security QA engineers, software engineers, Product Delivery Leads, Delivery Leads to improve QA culture in company;
- Regular Sync up meetings with all AQA engineers in a discipline team;
- Conducting workshops, presenting new AQA approaches and other training activities;
- Setting up and documenting discipline standards, training of AQA engineers on standards, controlling that standards are respected in all projects;
- Managing technical mentoring of AQA engineers and newcomers in a discipline;
- Regular code review of automated tests and technical quality assessment of the status of projects;
- Managing AQA technical debt in a AQA discipline on all the projects;
- Guiding technical AQA decisions within projects;
- Participating in preparing regression activities for new release;
- Identification and recycling of reusable components, artifacts between products;
- Monitoring the performance of AQA engineers’ work, reviewing their output on a sprint-to-sprint basis, and giving feedback as required;
- Driving and motivating the AQA team and its members;
- Providing technical mentorship for AQA discipline team;
- Conducting technical One on Ones with the team;
- Setting and reviewing technical goals and checking their execution;
- Same responsibilities as an engineer.
