Middle/Senior Full Stack Engineer (React, JavaScript, TypeScript) (offline)

Requirements:
2+ years of industry experience in full-stack software development.
2+ years of experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
2+ years of experience with a backend programming language, PHP preferred.
2+ years experience with MVC or similar.
Knowledge of React and the fundamentals of component-based UI.
Excellent communication skills. Proactively seeks feedback and communicates decisions they make
Empathy for the users and a drive to deliver high-quality products to them, test their work meticulously.

Will be a plus:
5+ years of industry experience with full-stack software development.
Proficiency in CS fundamentals.
Expertise in building large-scale web apps.
Knowledge of A/B testing.
Experience in working with product managers and designers.

Responsibilities:
Design and build experiments to grow the client’s subscriber base.
Advance the client’s growth infrastructure and processes.
Work in two-week sprints with a kickoff, standup, grooming, and a retro at the end to ensure the process is working for the client (and not the other way around!).
Turn product requirements into reality. This means proposing engineering solutions, breaking down work into milestones and tasks, formulating test plans, and when it's all done understanding and communicating what we’ve learned.
Review code and engineering designs from other engineers on the team who may be working on other projects.
Work with everybody on the team to explore creative solutions to problems so that we can continue to learn and iterate quickly.
Understand and make tradeoffs between the level of investment and execution speed and learn what works and what doesn’t as quickly as possible.
