YOU ARE

Possessing at least 3 years of IT recruitment experience

Showing a deep understanding of the IT market

Having expertise in building staffing strategies, mitigation of staffing risks, and coordination of staffing process

Driven by nature and eager to meet challenges

Proactive and anticipatory in your thinking

Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate and above English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

A possibility of acting as a single contact point for Managers from Delivery Unit in strategic-related questions in staffing. This role is about a deep understanding of business need context and meeting the common goals with Managers in the growth and succession of their accounts. It consists of, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities

 

Educating and Advising Hiring Managers in staffing

Participation in Delivery Managers and Project Managers' onboarding

Support of daily staffing-related decision-making

Initiatives to reduce any staffing issues, manage high turnover, make a reasonable investment in staffing activities, etc.

Staffing consulting

New clients engagement and project staffing planning by providing relevant information on staffing capabilities across the locations and sources, projected cost and timing, potential risks, applying previous experience with staffing of specific technologies or their combinations

Definition of staffing strategy for the project, ensuring that all staffing risks are addressed, and the whole staffing team has a shared understanding of the defined strategy

Staffing activities coordination

Ensuring staffing requirements are well understood and validated by hiring managers and decision-makers

Gathering and meeting the whole staffing team (recruiters, resource managers, interviewers, and technical experts), establishing effective collaboration between staffing team members, setting expectations on each stakeholder's contribution, monitoring mutual collaboration, and teamwork in the project staffing team

Staffing planning and Delivery unit reserve management

Analysis of the coming demand or changes on the project, and developing resourcing options (internal pool, forces rotations, internship, opens new vacancies, etc.

Information on potential opportunities within the Delivery unit, sharing them with the rest of the GTO team to ensure GTO readiness for staffing

Utilization of IT Academy and internship programs by Delivery unit, requesting custom IT Academy groups upfront
