Our company works in several areas of activity: outsourcing, outstaffing, and product direction. Outstaffing for Wellnessliving company; outsourcing for various projects related to logistics, NLP, call-centres, applications for weight loss and other different projects. Product direction represented by 1WorldOnline company.

 

We are actively expanding and looking for a IT recruiter/ HR assistant in our friendly team who wants to become part of our team and help us achieve our goals

 

Requirements:

- Understanding of IT market in Kharkiv and Ukraine;

- Good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle process;

- At least 6+ month experience in IT- recruitment (experience in direct search and headhunting of candidates to job offer negotiation and closing the deal);

- Teamwork skills;

- Attention to details;

- The ability to communicate with different people;

- Strong skills of multitasking, planning and time-management;

- The desire to cultivate and achieve new results;

- At least Intermediate English level.

 

Responsibilities:

- Searching for candidates (both independently and using external recruiters or agencies);

- Present the company to candidates;

- CV Screening;

- Interviewing / Screening candidates;

- Forming and updating recruitment DB;

- Coordinating the time and format of an interview between candidates and the management team;

- Communicating company feedback to candidates and collecting candidate feedback;

- Manage external postings to generate to attract specialists and maintain the company's image;

- Researching new ways for recruitment;

- Helping the HR Manager (assistance in organizing events, onboarding new employees, solving variousemployees issues, etc.).
