Our Client, a FinTech company is now looking for an QA Lead to join their engineering team.

A company helping financial companies de-risk their investments in the construction industry is rethinking risk management and payments for the $1.2T home construction market. The leadership is serial entrepreneurs with expertise combining AI/ML, banking, construction, and enterprise software. The company provides high-growth opportunities for individuals.

Responsibilities:
-Work closely with product and engineering teams to help define requirements.
-Set up the foundation of automated testing and a direction for automation.
-Creates and maintains a complex set of test cases and doesn't take it as a chor.
-Have a sense of ownership of product quality and be responsive to the business stakeholders when issues arise.
-Work with multiple US-based roles.

Requirements:
-5+ years in Quality Assurance Testing
-Experience with creating and managing test plans, test cases, checklists, test case coverage analysis, and effective hardening and exploration strategies
-Excellent communications and leadership skills
-Very organized and detail-oriented person
-Experience with startups would be a plus
-English - Upper Intermediate+
