Junior NOC Technical Support - Entry Level $400-650 Offline

This is an entry level position for engineers, no experience needed but only apply if you have full time availability (40-45 hours per week, eg: no students).

We need a candidate that speaks clear english, (bonus points if you know spanish).

Your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

- Administrate an Alaris SMS server (add new companies, agreements & products, create channels and POIs).

- Monitor SMS traffic (ensure high DLR, investigate and solve issues, perform changes in routing when necessary).

- Address open tickets and solve customer issues.

- Interact with vendors to ensure the the adequate delivery of services.

- Perform Excel analysis to identify issues or address queries.
