We are looking for a Senior Python Engineers to join a team of professionals to build an End-To-End Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) platform that brings together AI-driven Incident Resolution, Blameless Postmortems, SLOs/Error Budgets, and Reliability Insights reports and dashboards, enabling businesses to optimize reliability and innovation.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a team according to established processes while tightly collaborating with the stakeholders.
Take part in requirements analysis, tasks planning, estimation and distribution between the team members.
Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product.
Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements.
Write quality and maintainable code in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
MUST HAVE:
5+ years experience using Python technologies
experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP, preferable) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
experience with Mongo DB or similar
upper-Intermediate English (B2)

WOULD BE A PLUS:
codding experience using Golang
front-end experience (preferable React)
experience with Kubernetes
experience with Slack Bot or MS Teams Bot
integration experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Prometheus, Datadog etc.
