Middle Java Developer (offline)

DataArt’s specialists are helping in the development of products for a new segment of customers. Our team is also involved in a migration to the cloud and the creation of a data lake.

The work is organized according to Agile principles, i.e. all developers work in small (5-10 people), autonomous, and self-sufficient teams. The teams consist of DataArt’s specialists and developers from the client-side.

We hire people not for a project but for the company. If the project (or your work on it) is over you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.

Must have

3+ years of experience in the development of web applications
Excellent knowledge of Java
Experience in the development of applications using the Java Enterprise platform
Experience working with Spring Boot
Experience using microservices
Experience in unit testing
Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP), object-oriented design (OOD), and design patterns
Experience using test-driven development (TDD)
Experience using object-relational mapping (ORM), IoC containers
Knowledge of build tools (Gradle, Maven)
Experienced team worker
Spoken English

Would be a plus

Experience with AWS
Experience with the installation and administration of application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, GlassFish)
Experience using Continuous Integration systems (TeamCity, Bamboo, Jenkins, Gitlab CI)
