Ruby on Rails, Senior $2000-3500 Offline

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be:

- Handling all requests (bugs, new functionalities, and full project) coming from business stakeholders

- Doing project migration from Ruby on Rails 4 to the latest, from AngularJS to Angular, as well as old libs, gems dependencies

- Ensuring the appropriate technical solution is found under the supervision of the architects and ensure that the architecture guidance is strictly adhered to

- Making technical decisions on the best frameworks and tools to use

- Putting a focus on code quality, cleanliness, and robustness

- Ensuring the first layer of unit testing and integration testing on delivered functionalities

What you bring

- Solid professional experience in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, AngularJS or/and Angular, MySQL/MariaDB development

- Technology stack: Ruby/Ruby on Rails, git, Jenkins, Docker, MariaDB, Delayed job/Sidekiq, Bootstrap 3, Sass, API, Rspec, Selenium, jasmine, AngularJS 1.4 / Angular 2+ (to be upgraded)

- Structured, independent, fast learner, and flexible

- Language: English, French would a big plus
