Our main product is sports content. We create and distribute sports content based on real sports matches (we make 22k+ matches monthly) and analytical data. Our content is watched by 35+ million viewers in 150+ countries.

 

We have our own engineering team supporting business with innovative software on every level: sports tournament management, high load analytical systems, video streaming tools, product store for our partners.

 

Now we are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our professional and innovative HR team.

BETER grows fast, expanding business in new countries, sports and technologies so we need you to find even more talented people to join us.

 

We developed a clear automated recruiting process, where we see you as the full owner of each candidate-related activity and an advisor and partner to the hiring team.

 

 

 

We are a team of 5 recruiters including a recruitment lead. We do our best to provide a great candidate experience, find the best-fitted hires for the teams, and nail recruiting process step by step. Our values are honesty, courage to discuss issues fast and clear, quality, and teamwork.

 

You will:

* Collaborate with the hiring managers to gather the requirements for the new hires;

* Create neat vacancy description which will attract exactly the right people, promote vacancies;

* Actively source and deliver a steady flow of candidates;

* Screen applications, interview candidates for soft skills, and schedule interviews for the hiring team;

* Give personalized, well-timed, detailed feedback to the candidates;

* Maintain the candidate database in the recruitment system.

 

You need:

* 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;

* Experience in closing Engineering, Marketing, Product vacancies;

* Ability to use different sourcing strategies;

* Good knowledge of IT technologies, market, software development methodology, and process;

* Experience in conducting HR interviews;

* Upper-intermediate level of English;

* Perfect written Russian and English skills;

* Great communication skills;

* Easy-going with the new technologies;

* Personal maturity.
