PHP developer (offline)

Requirements:
- programming background, algorithmization skills
- strong knowledge of PHP, SQL languages
- understanding of how HTTP, TCP/IP protocols work
- understanding of OOP / OOD concepts
- knowledge of DB relational model, database design
- basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- experience with MySQL, git, linux
- experience with any of modern frameworks like Symfony 2, Zend 2
- technical English
