Experienced Ruby on Rails Engineer $3500-6000 Offline

PrimeHammer, a development team focused on Ruby on Rails apps, is hiring an ambitious engineer. We are not a huge agency with multiple levels of management, but I flat structure with a friendly and inspiring atmosphere. We like to travel to conferences, organize Ruby meetups (Ruby Stories) if the situation allows that.

We work on apps such as: on-demand cleaning services (think of Uber of home care), apps for telekom, aviation and fintech industry.

What would you do:

- Building new functionality on a long-term RoR app together with project manager and other engineers

- Working in an agile environment consisting of daily standups, weekly planning meetings and retrospectives

- Writing quality code covered with tests that is easy to read
