Senior / TeamLead QA Engineer

Office or Remote (Odessa, Mykolayiv, Kherson)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Web, Mobile applications testing
Creating/processing Bug reports
Reviewing, analyzing, and assessing project requirements and specification
Writing, executing, and evaluating application tests
Executing different types of testing: Smoke, Feature, Regression, Exploratory, End-to-End, etc
Participating in building/improving Test Processes on the project
Communication with different stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS
3 + years of working experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of QA theory, test processes, SDLC concepts, and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience in testing Mobile and/or Web applications
Experience in working with Test Documentation (Test Cases, Check Lists etc.)
Experience with bug tracking, test management tools
Experience in dealing with bug reports
Experience in understanding and executing different test types/levels ( e.g. Feature, Exploratory, Regression, Smoke testing, etc.)
Good Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Good English level

NICE TO HAVE
Experience in working with Web Services, Data Bases
Creating Test Plan, Test Strategy
Experience in establishing/improving Test Processes on a project
Leadership experience
Gathering QA Metrics, Test Result Report creation
Experience in automation, performance, security testing
Working with Clouds (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google)
