System Analyst  $1000-2500

Required skills

University degree with IT and/or business background
3+ years of experience in the financial/banking industry, preferably in the card management area
Strong experience in Business Process Analysis, System Analysis and Requirements Engineering
Excellent analytical skills, able to analyze and design complex data flows and business processes
Hands-on experience with SQL
Knowledge in prototyping and data modeling preferred
Basic knowledge about agile and waterfall software development methodologies
English level — Intermediate or higher
High level of communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Team player, result orientation, high level of commitment and motivation

Responsibilities

Coordination and facilitation of team activities in cooperation with business, other analysts and developers
Collaborate with business owners to clarify their requirements for new or enhanced business processes/products
Identify and document key business processes/workflows
Prepare specification documents for approved decisions
Develop a system level view to ensure consistency in requirements
Facilitate the alignment of end user requirements with system capabilities
