New Wave Devs is looking for a UI/UX designer (offline)

About New Wave Devs:
We are a community of specialists in UI/UX and several backend and frontend technologies. We are based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The company consists of 20+ employees from CIS countries. We work with StartUps, as with mid and big-sized companies. Our clients are from such countries, as United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Canada, etc.

About the project:
We have several sub-projects which need to be designed. This role is ideal for a designer who has the capability to design beautiful web and mobile app products like Stripe, Uber, Asana, Invision, Figma, etc.
However, it’s important that you are able to quickly switch things up, and work on much smaller projects like simple landing pages and website designs which require a very quick turnaround. You will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest trends for both web and mobile platforms. You should also be able to provide insights on how your designs and UX variations can potentially increase sales and revenue.

Responsibilities:
— Communicate with Head of Product Design and stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives;
— Plan and break down and implement new design projects;
— Optimize existing user interface designs;
— Test for intuitiveness and ease of use;
— Create user flows and maps;
— Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements;
— Create prototypes for new product ideas;
— Test new ideas before implementing;
— Conduct ongoing user research and analysis;
— Build WordPress pages with Visual Composer;
— Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.

Essential Skills:
— Minimum 4 years of experience in Design (UI/UX);
— Expert knowledge of Figma & Adobe’s Creative Suite;
— Knowledge of Scrum & Sprints;
— Fluent with WordPress, Theme Customization, and Visual Composer Plugin;
— Exceptional UI design portfolio on web and mobile apps;
— Excellent English and communication skills;
— Ability to translate complex customer requirements and user stories into basic draft design proposals using English/text only or wireframes;
— Ability to discuss and provide a rationale for design options;
— Ability to adhere to deadlines and be receptive to feedback.
