DrivT is a new QA-focused saas product that was released this year. We call it 'Trello fro QAs'. We're looking for the person with Media buyer or User Acquisition experience, real traffic expert and guru, who is ready to help our team gather more target audience around our new product DrivT

Skills and abilities we require:
— Strong interest in Saas-model industry and market, prior Saas product marketing experience is a plus;
— 2+ year experience managing and running performance-based user acquisition campaigns on EU and US markets (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and other ad networks);
— Knowledge and understanding customer acquisition metrics, product funnel and payback period;
— Experience in running retargeting campaigns, building retargeting programs, including creative materials ideation and set-up
— Ability to constantly gain insights, build hypotheses, generate ideas and test them
— Strong experience in performing A/B testing and LP optimization
— Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, fluent in Microsoft Excel, BI tools;
— Excellent communication skills, fluent English (upper-intermediate+);
— Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills;
— Self-motivated, highly results-driven, and nimble.


Responsibilities you will be granted with:
— Lead the ideation and execution of user acquisition campaigns for our Saas products;
— Conversion costs optimization and budget management
— Analyze traffic and upper-funnel performance to improve campaigns results
— Track effectiveness of different channels/geos/audiences and report performance to senior management;
— Search for new channels and sources to attract a targeted audience and grow them
— Provide feedback on creative performance to assist in ad creation;
— Collaborate with the creative team for the production and localization of UA assets;
— Establish relationships and work directly with advertising partners to test new traffic sources and run performance marketing campaigns
— Keep up with the latest trends and changes within the industry
— Contribute insights about our customer needs and experiences to help create ads that reflect the brand and improves our marketing efficiency
