User acquisition manager / Media buyer (Saas EU/US) Offline

Skills and abilities we require:

β€” Strong interest in Saas-model industry and market, prior Saas product marketing experience is a plus;

β€” 2+ year experience managing and running performance-based user acquisition campaigns on EU and US markets (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and other ad networks);

β€” Knowledge and understanding customer acquisition metrics, product funnel and payback period;

β€” Experience in running retargeting campaigns, building retargeting programs, including creative materials ideation and set-up

β€” Ability to constantly gain insights, build hypotheses, generate ideas and test them

β€” Strong experience in performing A/B testing and LP optimization

β€” Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, fluent in Microsoft Excel, BI tools;

β€” Excellent communication skills, fluent English (upper-intermediate+);

β€” Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills;

β€” Self-motivated, highly results-driven, and nimble.

 

 

Responsibilities you will be granted with:

β€” Lead the ideation and execution of user acquisition campaigns for our Saas products;

β€” Conversion costs optimization and budget management

β€” Analyze traffic and upper-funnel performance to improve campaigns results

β€” Track effectiveness of different channels/geos/audiences and report performance to senior management;

β€” Search for new channels and sources to attract a targeted audience and grow them

β€” Provide feedback on creative performance to assist in ad creation;

β€” Collaborate with the creative team for the production and localization of UA assets;

β€” Establish relationships and work directly with advertising partners to test new traffic sources and run performance marketing campaigns

β€” Keep up with the latest trends and changes within the industry

β€” Contribute insights about our customer needs and experiences to help create ads that reflect the brand and improves our marketing efficiency
