You are:

Experienced. We expect you to be an independent task solver, a strong and proactive decision-maker and embrace responsibility as second nature. Figures-wise, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.

Pokémon. Evolution is your purpose in life. You know that you can be (and do) better. You are empirical with your approach to new methodologies and processes, instruments testing, and making mistakes while going at it. By the way, mistakes are ok — we are all human. Catastrophic mistakes will award you with janitor duties for a week, though.

You know your way around details. You know for a fact that the devil is in details. You will take an extra hour (or more) to polish the final solution and refuse to present something that’s “just ok”. Simultaneously, breaking a deadline makes your inner perfectionist blush in shame. We’ll check ;)

You are proactive. You are not afraid to share and defend your ideas. Implementation of said ideas is expected of you, naturally.

You like people. You want to make this messy world better. You have an inner calling to help your client/colleague/stray kitten (your choice) out.

Communication skills are a must. Your communication with the client makes a fair share of the project's success. You should be able to convince, understand and make decisions on the go if needed.

Advanced spoken and written English is a must.

Daily tasks:

・ Take part in client interviews and workshops aimed to identify the objectives and goals of a project as well as the implementation strategy.

・ Understand client requirements, ask the right questions, and break down the project.

・ Create a project structure for stakeholders, including timelines, project plans, tasks, team responsibilities, and status reporting.

・ Review new product concepts.

・ Check whether the final deliverables conform with the requirements.

・ Allocate resources wisely and keep the team workload stable and predictable.

・ Control project budget.

・ Conduct financial activities – generate invoices, forecast revenue, and compensation changes.

・ Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks.

・ Easy-going attitude and a confident approach are a huge plus.

Typical projects:

・ Product design and development: from product audit and improvements to creating new products from scratch: applications, SaaS, and other online services.

・ Website design and development: from a simple landing page to a complex web service, online media, or corporate website.

・ Branding. From a visual facelift to a full-fledged branding, including strategy, and visual and verbal branding.
