Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience of working on a CTO

• Experience with projects related to stock markets, cryptocurrencies

• Understanding of budgets and business-planning

• Understanding the specifics of startups

• Experience in operational management

• Experience of interaction with marketing and b2c

• Deep understanding of the development process and roles and security

• Leadership communication skills

• Strong organizational and managerial skills

• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures

• Knowledge of technological trends to build the strategy

• Strategic thinking

• Problem-solving attitude

Will be a plus:

• Proven record of launching projects with the ability to manage projects from conception through to completion

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with a micro-services architecture

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and discuss business and user requirements and translate them into a scalable IT architecture

• Lead and manage all functional areas of software design and development, enterprise architecture, quality assurance and testing, production operations, and information security management.

• Build tech strategy and technology roadmap

• Execute the product roadmap (conduct technical research & development thriving for innovation and committed to delivery according to the product roadmap)

• Plan, manage risks and report for all development activities

• Ensure sound architectural designs are employed and advocate for best practices and processes

• Take ownership of product architecture, technical output, technical strategies the all technical teams
