What is required of me?
☐ Good communication and emphatic skills.
☐ At least Intermediate level of English (written and oral).
☐ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
☐ Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and
structured)
☐ Familiarity with Applicant resume databases.
☐ Ability to solve problems and Thinking out of the box.
What will be a plus?
☐ Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or General Recruiter
☐ Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
What will be my working conditions?
☐ Dynamic working hours as agreed with the manager.
☐ Ukrainian and Israeli holidays - vacations days!
☐ 12 Vacation days a year and paid sick days
☐ No formalities — direct work with managers.
What will I do?
☐ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, social media,
professional networks and through referrals.
☐ Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls,
video interviews and in-person meetings).
☐ Manage all communication with candidates until they get onboard.
☐ Perform reference checks as need.
☐ Compose job offer letters and welcome onboard new hires.
