What is required of me?
β Good communication and emphatic skills.
β At least Intermediate level of English (written and oral).
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and
structured)
β Familiarity with Applicant resume databases.
β Ability to solve problems and Thinking out of the box.
What will be a plus?
β Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or General Recruiter
β Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
What will be my working conditions?
β Dynamic working hours as agreed with the manager.
β Ukrainian and Israeli holidays - vacations days!
β 12 Vacation days a year and paid sick days
β No formalities β direct work with managers.
What will I do?
β Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, social media,
professional networks and through referrals.
β Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls,
video interviews and in-person meetings).
β Manage all communication with candidates until they get onboard.
β Perform reference checks as need.
β Compose job offer letters and welcome onboard new hires.
