Fullstack developer(backend) PHP (offline)

We are looking for a highly skilled (backend) fullstack developer with proficiency in PHP with Laravel framework to work on a project from scratch. However, this project consists of building a SAAS which will be an enhanced clone of an existing one.

This project is a contract-basis.
The developer we are looking for is able to independently start-up this project and work together with the product-owner and the frontend developer (who with the designer deliver everything necessary to implement the novel features). Working independently means you carry responsibility on the development side to deliver (with the team) an improved system:

As a separate modality - all basic decisions regarding the design of a (scalable) infrastructure need to be made. This means that the current system will stay where it is. The separate modality on the new infrastructure will be the basis from where we start to work
Tasks can be further described as writing effective api’s, software testing, troubleshooting debugging and implementing upgrades, creating security and data-protection settings
We find it important that you are able to write clean, functional code on the front and the backend

Requirments:
A good command of the English language and the mindset to take on this project and make it a success. For that the following knowledge is required:
Laravel knowledge
Oop, mvc, git, php5/7, (REST) API knowledge
HTML5 using CSS3, JavaScript and/or React/jQuery.
UnitTest or Selenium Browser tests
comprehensive experiences around LAMP stack using both Apache or Nginx
Continuous Integration we are currently using Jenkins (Deployment)
MySQL database, MongoDB, Redis
CLI (command line interface) experience
