Requirements Engineer / Analyst

Early stages of the Client's next Software Platform evolution development for new Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) Electrical Architecture. Project is focused on creation of the modern Software Defined Vehicle digital infrastructure.

Project Description:

Target Software Platform will operate in variety of the environments and is critical to:

Expand the use of industry adopted APIs

Support high velocity application development

Enable next generation vehicle applications

Luxoft will focus on providing core parts for Automotive Middleware around AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive) including: networking, configuration, security, diagnostics, etc. Additionally Luxoft will participate in development of components for virtual environment. This virtual environment will provide support of the CI activities including: automated builds, virtual ECUs/Machines and automated testing support.

Project management maturity must reach ASPICE level 3. It requires establishing of the transparent project execution monitoring and control. Each participant will be responsible for providing evidences of systematic and significant achievement of the defined process attributes.

In this position you will be responsible for helping the FNV work streamlining, shaping the vision of the architecture and designs, assist in development and software verification process.

Responsibilities:
• Understands Business goals and transports them into the development teams.
• Regular co-ordination with the Customer
• Creation / review of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria regarding fulfilment of the "Definition of Ready".
• Validation of the implementation of the User Stories against the Acceptance Criteria after the end of the sprint.
• Maintenance and prioritization of the backlog in coordination with the product owner of the client
• Planning of the sprint or a product increment in cooperation with the development team
• Support in the creation and detailing of concepts
• Participation in relevant Scrum ceremonies
• Ensures that the requirements reflect the end users' needs
• Tracks requirements from baseline to the final verification of functionality following the software development.
• System analysis
• Requirements development (elicitation, analysis, specification, validation)
• Requirements management

Mandatory Skills Description:
Knowledge of the use cases and processes in the diagnostic areas of development, production and after-sales 
Practical knowledge of requirements Сhange management process, Requirements Management process, Modelling
Ability to create documentation (presentation, specification etc.) according with Company or project-specific standards and templates
Experience in using Requirement Management Tools/Systems
Presentation skills
Analytical mindset
Attention to details
Ability to clearly express and visualize thoughts
Understanding of software architecture principles
Deep Knowledge of the Scrum Framework and Agile principles 
Experience in Requirement Engineer role 2+ years

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of ASPICE  
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment (SAFe)  
Experience working with Atlassian stack  
Experience in executing Agile projects in the role of product owner 
Understanding of software architecture principles
Experience in different planning and estimation processes and approaches
Expertise in automotive software development processes and software development in agile teams
