Technical Support Representative $1500-2500 Offline

SHORT INTRO:

We are a B2B startup working on SaaS Product and accompanying tooling for API documentation. Our highly successful open source project is OpenAPI (formerly known as Swagger)-generated API reference documentation software with over 9,000 stars on GitHub. We are one of the leaders in the API world. Our products are used by many Fortune 500 companies such as Visa, Starbucks, Shopify, T-Mobile, Docker.

ABOUT YOU:

- 1+ year of experience in Support/Sales/Customer care services

- English Upper-Intermediate written and verbal

- Unlimited interest in the Product you work with and the technologies it consists of

- Experience in programming or tech education courses/University

- Positive mindset and client-oriented person

WILL BE A PLUS:

- Experience with JavaScript/React

- Experience with API development, OpenApi/Swagger

- Experience in software testing

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Profound knowledge of the Product,

- Provide the client with the information about the Product, support them on the full cycle of using it

- Collect the feedback from the clients, provide the technical team with the feedback

Here is an example of what we would expect:

- Within 1 month, you became a power β€œuser” of our products and a great team member;

- Within 3 months, you implemented support processes including support software vendor selection and begin measuring data such as the time until resolution and NPS or CSAT;

- Within 5 months, you communicate learnings and unresolved issues with development, QA, technical writing, and sales in a streamlined way.
