Customer Support Manager $800-1000 Offline
Your role will include being the first point of contact with customers, to review, resolve and respond to their queries via emails, chat and phone. Through the process you will assist with sales and upsell, delivering excellent support and seeking customer feedback. Additional responsibilities will include order management, shipping coordination and payment management. Your role and responsibility would be:
Pre-Sales Customer Service: Assisting with products, policies and process inquiries via LiveChat, Email, Phone Support
Sales Support: Assisting with placing order or payment processing assistance if requested
Post Sales Support: Assisting with order status, communicating for delays, answering any warranty or return related questions, and asking for feedback/testimonial on customers experience.
Work Location: WORK FROM HOME (Ukraine)
Hours: M-F: 9.00am-18.00pm UA time & Saturday 4 hours (flexible)
Pay: $800-$1200 based on your experience/knowledge
Starting Date: Immediately
Training: Unpaid & Mandatory training of 10hrs provided before GO LIVE.
