QA Lead (new game development) Offline

As a QA Lead, you will be working with agile cross-functional teams, implementing new features, and creating social casual games. You will be responsible for empowering teams, growing talent through effective mentoring, handling day-to-day production challenges.

We're looking at various levels of experience as we want people who can bring a variety of different things to the team. We are looking for a Lead with great collaboration and communication skills, with a strong technical background in software development and the quality assurance domain.

Tech Stack: Node.js, Redis, AWS, Microservice architecture, Unity, CI/CD, Postman, Performance tools, TestRail, Jira

Responsibilities:

- Ability to apply QA processes, techniques, and methodologies;

- Recruit, mentor, and challenge a team of Mobile QA engineers;

- Review test case documentation;

- Be a part of product development in each phase;

- Work with Kyiv-based cross-functional teams that also include Client and Backend developers;

- Closely work with Tech Leads, Product, and Project managers.

Requirements:

- 5+ years experience as a QA Professional;

- 3+ years of leadership experience (3+ people);

- Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies;

- Experience in writing test documentation;

- Experience with different types of testing;

- Flexibility, excellent collaboration skills, ability to plan the workload;

- Experience working with Agile teams;

- Good spoken and written English is a MUST.

Nice to have:

- Gaming experience;

- Automation experience.
