Junior Tech Support / Manual QA Offline
Requirements:
-Quick learner and willing to perceive new information.
-Proficient understanding of testing processes and experience in Manual QA position
-Experience in cryptocurrency-related applications
-English level: Intermediate or higher
-Excellent attention to details and analytical mindset.
Responsibilities:
-Provide assistance with the company's software
-Interact with clients using skype live chat
-Deliver issues to the next level tech responsible person using the existing task management system.
-Update internal QA documentation and tutorials
-Providing high-quality feature setup of client stores, old and new ones.
Work specifics:
- Working days: Monday-Friday.
- Schedule: 17:00-01:00 Kiev time (10 am - 6 pm EST)
