Head of QA

Leap-Gaming is looking for the best Head of QA. You will have own dedicated team, and lead continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality of software testing.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of game industry experience;
* Experience working with multiple projects;
* Experience managing multiple QA employees;
* Experience testing web applications and mobile apps;
* Experience in testing full-stack software in UI, API, and database layer;
* Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

Will be a plus:
* PHP;
* MySQL;
* Working knowledge of multiple automation frameworks and testing techniques.

Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for Quality Assurance Operations for software products;
* Create testing roadmaps assuring proper test coverage and test strategy;
* Define and prioritize all aspects of testing within the development cycle;
* Work with Product and Engineering teams to help with design and implementation of testable software;
* Lead continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality of software testing;
* Review requirements and create test cases;
* Participate in creating release schedules and acceptance criteria;
* Execute test plans.
