Senior/Lead Technical Project Manager (offline)
This exciting role of Technical Project Manager will help you demonstrate the ability to lead a project team along with learning and executing Project Management Methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Manages multiple small to medium sized development projects (3-6 months), or one to two large-scale IT Projects (6-12 months).
Leads development work on new and existing projects.
Consultation with Director of Technology and Technical Architect on strategy
Owns the technical direction and architecture of a project.
Develops project plans, schedules and work breakdown structures for projects.
Provides leadership and guidance in the project resource/staff planning.
Performs Code Reviews and suggests improvements.
Manages scoping, estimation, and sprint planning.
Maintains formal project tracking utilizing various tools and proactively communicates, manages and resolves project issues and risks.
Ensures that projects are completed on time, on scope, on budget.
Communicates project status, progress on deliverable and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Coordinates project resources across multiple locations and time zones.
Requirements:
6+ years of development experience:
At least 1+ years of recent Technical Project Management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Great written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence,Enthusiasm, Humility and Cogency should define his art of communication.
Good understanding and experience in architecture, designing, developing, and supporting complex, scalable, high-traffic, and high-availability layered platform architectures based on Micro-service Oriented Architectures.
Worked in AGILE.
Good knowledge on React and Node JS. Delivered at-least 1 project from end to end.
Experience with one of the major Object Oriented Languages such as Java or C#,.Net
Being familiar with project management tools like Jira
Having good exposure to AWS technologies such as S3, EC2, Elasticsearch or Cloudsearch, Elasticache, and other AWS domains.
Experience with CI/CD Tools and Systems such as Jenkins, Hudson, GitLab, GitHub, etc.
Worked on onshore-offshore development model.
Nice to have :
Proven experience in dealing with difficult clients , conflict resolution , scaled scrum is a big plus.
Having good knowledge of Relational Database Architecture & Design
Having experience working with Queuing Systems, Caching Systems, and modern Search Technologies
Scrum Master certification/Certified Scrum Master/PMP or any PMI certification is a plus.
