Technical Support Coordinator Offline

REQUIREMENTS

 

-1.5+ year of experience in user support

-Strong knowledge of help desk software (Jira) and ERP (1C)

-Basic knowledge of databases

-The ability to explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users

-Customer service orientation

-Intermediate level of English

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

-Coordinate work of first level support for customers requests

-Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support

-Walk customers through problem solving process

-Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

-Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure

-Recommend procedure modifications or improvements

-Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
