Senior Full Stack JS Developer/Team Lead (Source Сode Scan Platform) Offline

The main goal of the project is to develop a unique cloud-based web application to perform static code analysis. Not only development but also DevOps and security teams will use this platform.

Here’s what users can do with it – scan source code, check vulnerability, and fix detected vulnerability issues early on the development stage. The best thing is that the application will work for over 25 coding and scripting languages.

 

Responsibilities:

- Execute full-stack development for cloud-based web application

- Collaboratively participate in workshops, tech design, code reviews

- Proactively work in the cross-functional Agile team

- Direct communication with Client, Product Owners, Architects, DBA, DevOps

- Problem-solving approach; Agile, Lean, flexible, focusing on the result

- Ability to learn new, continuously improve personal knowledge & skills

- Manage Dev environment

- Create tech documents on Confluence

- Make presentations

- Onboard and mentor newcomers, interns

 

Requirements:

- 5+ years of working experience using JavaScript

- Proven experience in Team Lead role

- Experience in Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript

- Experience designing API's (SOAP or REST)

- Experience in AWS Cloud Services (Serverless, API Gateway, Step Functions, Lambda, SQS, Cognito, CDK, Redis, Aurora), SAAS

- Microservices Architecture

- Understanding and practical experience in Architecture and Technical Design

- Jira, Confluence

- Understanding of the primary estimates practices

- Operations experience including app deployment, monitoring, and configuration

- "Open to new things" attitude

- Excellent interpersonal communications and technical writing skills

- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline is a plus
