Data Base Administrator Offline

Requirements:

4+ years in a similar position;

Experience in building fault-tolerant MS SQL solutions;

Experience in setting up and optimizing database performance;

Experience in writing service and backup plans;

Experience with Oracle will be a plus.

Duties:

MS SQL database administration;

SQL Server database management at different stages of the product life cycle performance optimization;

Provide High Availability and Disaster Recovery;

Installation, configuration and support of database servers, including monitoring of system status and performance;

Analysis, solution and troubleshooting in real time;

Forecasting the growth of database resources consumed;

Writing design documents and description of architecture;

Assisting developers in optimizing complex queries;

Analysis and optimization of saved queries to the database.
