Java developer

Client is the Company is a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment & services to mobile & fixed network operators.

Job Description
• 2+ years of development experience (Java enterprise applications)
• Strong Core Java8
• Good OOP/OOD
• J2EE stack: Apache CXF, EJB, JMS, JAX-WS, JAX-RS
• Experience with J2EE application servers (JBoss is preferable, Weblogic would be a plus)
• Good understanding of ORM, RDBMS background (Postgres or Oracle is preferable)
• DI with Spring Core
• GWT, basics of JavaScript
• Solid experience with shell, Docker. Kubernetes would be a plus
• Experience with Kafka would be a plus
• Telecom domain knowledge would be a plus
• Intermediate+ English level


Job Responsibilities
• New features design and implemtentation
• Technical investigation and devising POCs and solutions for further implementation
• Defect investigation, bug fixing, troubleshooting
• Unit and functional testing
• Following design and coding standards accepted in the team
• Work with Software Quality Assurance(SQA) in order to validate correctness of the implementation
• Interact with project management, other engineering teams, and other stakeholders as appropriate
