Robotics Process Automation Solution Architect

Our client is a UK subsidiary of a global financial house working in multiple markets and asset classes.

Rapidly expanding group in Kyiv is developing and supporting a range of client projects and requirements.
The successful candidate will join a client's newly created digitalization team focusing on optimization through digital innovation and standardisation. The team will review processing and offering to propose an efficient business model to seek opportunity to utilize digital technology such as robotics process automation (RPA) and standardization.
Luxoft team currently operates in WFH mode.

Responsibilities
Assess and develop infrastructure solutions to support RPA and digital transformation in EMEA
Understand users requirements and deliver RPA/Digital/Workflow solutions
Provide support and BAU handover after implementation
Understand maintainence of robots after implementation
Make changes to existing robot processes and contorls when necessary
Work closely with EOO and ESO to make sure that the solutions will work from both infrastructure and application perspectives

Skills
Must have

Extensive RPA development project experiences (KoFax Kapow is preferred)
Extensive Digital Transformation experience for document management and associated workflow management (Kofax Total Agility or Sharepoint Preferred)
Significant work experience as an RPA solution architect/analyst
Significant work experience in system implementation project and migration to BAU support
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability

Strong decision making skills, the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
A structured and logical approach to work
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to have

Working experience in RPA development using KoFax Kapow
Working experience as a Delivery Lead for RPA implementation projects
Working experience in the RPA implementation projects for investment banking sector
Working experience in business/systems analysis for RPA implementation projects
Working experience as a project manager for RPA implementation or digital transformation projects
