Project Assistant (offline)

Product and Business Development:

Extensive international multi-region niche market research, including client, competitor, business practice and regulatory framework insights, update and change tracking, condensed analysis of regional and global trends, technologies, market sizing, and business risks
Conduct valid and reliable market research, data scraping and cleansing utilizing relevant tools and methodologies
Provide market, customer, and competitor insights on present insights to marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders in an impactful and engaging manner.
Preparation of product and service presentations, executive summaries, condensed presentations and sales pitches.
Global, regional and local supplier and partner search and management, including but not limited to vetting, RFP formulation, quote comparison and terms negotiation.
Reviewing and marking up legal content, acting as a liaison on behalf of the executive.
Participation in brand development and applicable checks and registrations.
Website and social media management.
Creating high quality and interesting marketing communications such as newsletters, e-bulletins, announcements and updates.
Designing flyers and marketing materials for direct mail campaigns as well as social media channels within the group with a view to increasing audiences, brand awareness, and driving engagement and traffic to the websites.
Regular copywriting and content writing (in English) for the projects’ portfolio.
Search, recruitment, engagement of SEO, Digital Media and Marketing freelancers and agencies.

Administration:
Maintaining and creation of complex multi-company and project calendars.
Assistance with travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, visa applications documentations
Following instruction from stakeholders, consultants, project managers, and executive team, on ad hoc and confidential assignments.
Keeping the filing system in order, assisting with the implementation of new administration systems; adding applicable information into CRM, Project Management software.
Organizing and coordinating staff and external meetings, moderating on-site video-conferences.
Meeting minute preparation and circulation in agreed timeframe and manner, logging applicable tasks into project management software.

Requirements:
IT or technical background/degree, passionate about technology.
Awareness and experience in conducting legal and market research projects.
Self -starter, able to work with minimal supervision, accountable for results.
Business fluent spoken and written English and Russian.
A true social media native with experience in social media or content creation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, numerous global as well as regional and local country-level social and digital channels in LATAM, North America, EMEA.
Experience and understanding of research and data-driven digital marketing, familiar with data scraping, cleansing large data sets.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop.
A confident copywriter with a flair for social captions and excellent grammar.
Capable of working within a pressurized 24*7 environment to tight deadlines.
Confident and positive with a solution-orientated outlook.
Detail-orientated with good time management skills.
Out-of-the-box thinker and multitasker.
Able to work in fast-paced demanding and dynamic environment
