Description:

The Challenge:

The Systems Engineer will provide the development, integration, test, documentation, and support of the XRE receiver client application. This hands-on position requires broad engineering competence, strong problem solver experience, and in-depth technical knowledge of Linux application software development.

Responsibilities:

Cooperate with independent software vendors on the integration of their products
Design and implement solutions to meet industry standards on performance, stability, and fault-tolerance
Select, evaluate, benchmark, and integrate third-party open-source components
Communicate with the customer to clarify requirements and agree on implementation.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of software development experience
Strong practical knowledge of C/C++
Knowledge with the more complex build and source control systems
Proficiency in GNU/Linux: understanding how the system works and being comfortable using it
Demonstrated experience in networking, multithreaded and object-oriented programming
English - Intermediate and better.

Preferred Qualifications:
