Linux System Engineer Offline

Your job:

As a member of the infrastructure support team, you will provide day-to-day, hands-on technical support of production and development systems on various platforms.

- Provide resolution for system failures or degradations.

- Work as part of a technical support team delivering a quality service to multiple clients using a variety of hardware and software products.

- Support task handling in the role of a Linux expert.

- Provide technical analysis of Linux infrastructure to determine any necessary updates and potential optimization measures.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on clients’ infrastructure maintenance, optimization, and improvement solutions.

- Maintain all Operational readiness aspects for the Linux-based infrastructure (Build, Monitoring, Patching, etc.)

- Advise and collaborate with external clients on issue solving and projects optimizations.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on client solutions.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- At least 2–3 years experience in Linux/Unix administration

- Experience in monitoring technologies (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios)

- Good troubleshooting skills

- Must have a written & verbal English and demonstrated an ability to collaborate across teams and organizations

- Strong team player with clear customer orientation.

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve technical skills
