Responsibilities

— Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases.

— Communicate and solve customers' problems regarding the platform issues.

— Work with all internal groups, including account managers, sales, engineering, product management

— Prepare accurate and timely reports.

 

Requirements

— Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

— Motivation to learn new skills and technologies

— Good understanding of web Services, API integration.

— Understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL or other database systems.

— Good time-management skills

— Great interpersonal and communication skills.

— Technical education (desired)
