Project Manager

And we are looking for an ambitious PM with strong analytical skills, system thinking, and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of working experience as a project manager
• preferable experience in IT or financial industry
• knowledge of agile project management methodologies
• understanding the software development cycle and testing processes
• excellent oral and written communication skills for effective leadership and participation in meetings
• ability to work independently and be a highly responsible self-starter
• strong analytical skills and attention to details
• high motivation, determination, and proactivity
• good people management skills
• project control (scope, deadlines, budget)
• confident user of JIRA
• excellent knowledge of English

Responsibilities:
• work closely with the team to manage day-to-day work progress and possible deviations
• lead the project at all stages: initiation, evaluation, planning, execution, control
• distribute tasks among team members and monitor progress
• quickly respond to problems and make necessary changes to processes
• plan and report on the iteration results
• maintain project documentation
