We are a British fin-tech product company, looking for experts to join our new R&D center in Kyiv. We are developing money transfer app and growing to build one-stop-shop financial services provider for eWallet, Forex, Transfers, Payments and plastic/virtual multi-currency prepaid cards.
TalkRemit is now experiencing a period of growth and we urgently require developers to join our engineering team. The developer(s) will own certain parts of the core platform but has opportunity to work across the platform. It's an amazing opportunity to get hands-on with cutting-edge software development and delivery for a green-field project.
Responsibilities:
Analyse, decompose, plan and estimate new features
Design and maintain different frontend solutions
Providing suggestions related to improving the overall user experience
Working with the backend engineers to integrate the latest features
Contribute to UI and UX
Support the product during the whole lifecycle
Requirements:
3+ years of front-end development experience with a fluency and passion for modern JavaScript framework Vue.js
Experience with Nuxt.js
Experience with Web Services, HTML, XML/JSON, HTTP, SSL
Expierince with WordPress
Hands on experience developing, delivering, and supporting publicly-facing web applications
Solid experience building complex user interfaces that provide good UX
English Upper Intermediate.
Nice to have:
Experience working in IT ideally within Financial sectors e.g. payments or banking
Education:
MS in Computer Engineer/Science or related field, or
BS in Computer Engineer/Science plus relevant job-related experience
