During the 2008 financial crisis, many big banks failed or faced issues due to liquidity issues. Lack of liquidity can kill any financial institution over the night. That's why it's so critical to constantly monitor liquidity risks and properly maintain collaterals.
We are looking for a talented QA engineer, who would like to join our team in Kiev, which is building liquidity risk and collateral management platform for one of the biggest investment banks over the globe. The platform is a set of front-end tools and back-end engines.
Our platform helps the bank to increase efficiency and scalability, reduce operational risk and eliminate the majority of manual interventions in processing margin calls.

Responsibilities:
• Communication coordination between Luxoft (Kyiv) and Client (NY, London, Shanghai) teams.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Performing requirements analysis and tracking.
• Business logic and technical changes impact analysis for dev/test planning.
• Manual testing of critical features and user acceptance testing support.
• Defects tracking.
• Tests results reporting.

Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in analysis or testing
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications Jira tool.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Investment banking is a big advantage
• MSSQL knowledge
• Advanced user of Jira tool.

Languages:
English: B1 Intermediate
