Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Define test strategy approach for the product and implement it via test plan and defined test scope
• Plan and estimate test efforts
• Pro-active participation in the whole QC cycle which includes but not limited to the requirements review, providing feedback on requirements and suggestions on improvements, creation manual test cases, perform functional and non-functional tests, evaluation of test results
• Use different test design techniques for manual test creation and optimization
• Define the scope for the automation coverage based on manual tests
• Define which non-functional testing is required
• Understand the target audience of the company products and their business needs

Position Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in QC (preferably cloud/web products)
• Experience in creation/maintenance of test documentation (test plan, test cases, checklists, etc)
• Experience in organizing and leading test processes from the requirements analysis to the post-release stages
• Understanding of client/server architecture and web server architecture
• Experience in working with VMWare products
• Experience in working with Git, Jira, Confluence, TeamCity
• Experience in using fiddler for traffic analysis
• Experience in working with the console
• Basic system administrator skills
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least upper-intermediate level)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Nice to have:
• Experience testing large scale multi-tier web-based applications
• Knowledge of different Windows versions specifics
• Familiarity with Office products of different versions
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Understanding specific of CRM business
• Experience with production support is a plus
